Summer Celebration at Carderock Park Pavillion
This is an early midsummer event sponsored by the American Scandinavian Association (ASA) and Vasa Drott Lodge #168. It will include dancing around the Maypole, live music by Washington's Spelmanslag, a performance by Svenska Sånggruppen, children's games, a potluck dinner, and more.

A Weekend with Klintetten
The Swedish folk music group Klintetten will make a tour in the United States this fall. One of their stops will be in Washington, DC where they will give a concert and a workshop. The concert is a public event, and the workshop is for members of Washington's Spelmanslag.
